It is no secret that we live in a secular society where going to Church is seen as peculiar and a little off-beat. It is no secret that we live in a society where it seems the norm to steal, vandalise and mug people. It is no secret that the reason for this behaviour is because our society has lost its way. It does not teach moral living any more. It does not teach love thy neighbour, respect your neighbour, whatever their colour, religion or politics.

It is the belief of the Benefice that the only way we can come back from the brink of disaster is simply following our Lord Jesus Christ, and to live by His commandments. To Love our neighbour, to give to those in need, to treat others with respect, love and dignity.

Our vision is to see this benefice and the wider world begin to smile once again, smile in His world, love His people, care for His creation. How often have you heard the elderly say things like, "I remember when you didn't have to lock your doors?"
